Are your squishies safe for kids?
Yes. Our squishies are made from non-toxic, odor-free TPR, PU or silicone. They are recommended for ages 3+ — small items can be a choking hazard for very young children, so please supervise little ones.
How do I clean my squishy?
Wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry away from direct sunlight. Don't soak flocked (velvet-surface) squishies.
How long does shipping take?
Southeast Asia: 7–14 days. Middle East & Europe: 8–15 days. Rest of the world: 10–18 days. Every order ships with tracking within 24–48 hours.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping unlocks at checkout based on your region (from €29 in Southeast Asia). The threshold is always shown in your cart.
What if my squishy arrives damaged?
Message us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund — no need to ship anything back.
Will my squishy lose its softness?
With normal daily squishing, quality squishies keep their feel for a long time. Keep them away from heat, sharp nails and direct sun to maximise their lifespan.
Do handmade squishies look exactly like the photos?
Handmade pieces vary slightly in color and detail — that's part of their charm. Each one is one of a kind.
