30-Day Guarantee If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — you don't need to return anything.

Change of mind Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the product cost is refunded once the return is received. Due to hygiene, opened squishies can't be returned unless faulty.

Lost parcels If tracking shows no movement for 15 days, we'll reship or refund your order in full.
